Over the waveform

With the pointer over the deck's waveform:

  • I: start a loop here. Esc cancels the loop start.
  • Shift+← →: nudge the grid, or the downbeat mark nearest the playhead.
  • Insert: add a beat. Delete: remove a beat, or the nearest mark.

Reviewing tags

In the Review tags panel on the Tags page:

  • Enter: apply this track's changes and go to the next.
  • S: skip, keeping the tags as they are.
  • N: not this song, search again.
  • 1 to 9: choose a match.
  • Ctrl+Enter: apply the selected tracks.

Media keys

Your keyboard's play, pause, next and previous keys work with Solco's deck, and Solco shows the track playing in your computer's media controls: Now Playing on a Mac, the media overlay on Windows, and the media controls of your Linux desktop. Next and previous move to the track below or above in the table.

See "Hot cues, memory cues and loops on the deck" and "Checking and fixing beatgrids" for what these do.
